RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your AUORA product(s) free of charge within 15 days from the date of delivery. 

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.

In case your AUORA package has arrived damaged as a result of shipment, please take a photo of if and save the shipping box, the AUORA product(s) and its outer cardboard packaging, and email hello@auoraorganics.com within 3 business days to notify us of the damage, so we can assist you filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
